Tyler Roukey ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Volleyball Pass Tracker mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

1. Information You Provide
- Account Information: When you create teams, add players, or configure settings, this data is stored locally on your device.
- Session Data: Pass tracking statistics, rally logs, and performance metrics you create are stored locally on your device.
2. Automatically Collected Information
- Usage Analytics: We use Firebase Analytics to understand how you use the App (screens viewed, features used, session duration). This data is anonymous and helps us improve the App.
- Purchase Information: When you subscribe, Apple processes your payment through the App Store. We receive confirmation of your subscription status but do not have access to your payment details.
- Device Information: We may collect device type, operating system version, and app version for troubleshooting and compatibility purposes.
3. Information We Do NOT Collect
- We do NOT collect your name, email, or personal contact information (unless you email us for support)
- We do NOT access your camera, photos, or location
- We do NOT share your data with third-party advertisers
- We do NOT sell your data to anyone
How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide and maintain the App's core functionality
- Process subscription purchases through Apple's In-App Purchase system
- Analyze usage patterns to improve features and fix bugs

Data Storage
Local Storage
All of your volleyball tracking data (teams, players, sessions, statistics) is stored locally on your device using iOS's secure data storage (SwiftData). This data:
- Remains on your device
- Is included in your iCloud backup (if enabled)
- Is deleted if you uninstall the App
Cloud Storage
We use Firebase Analytics (provided by Google) for anonymous usage statistics. This data:
Subscriptions and Payments
Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple's privacy policy governs the collection and processing of your payment information. We only receive:
- Whether you have an active subscription
- The subscription type (monthly or annual)
- Subscription start and end dates
We do NOT have access to your:
- Credit card or payment details
- Apple ID
- Billing address
To manage or cancel your subscription, use the App Store's subscription management features.
Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do NOT sell, trade, or rent your data to third parties.
We only share data with:
- Apple/App Store - For subscription and payment processing
- Firebase (Google) - For anonymous usage analytics
- Law Enforcement - Only if legally required to comply with valid legal process
Your Data Rights
You have the right to:
- Access Your Data: All your data is stored locally on your device
- Delete Your Data: Uninstall the App or use your device's settings to clear app data
- Export Your Data: Use the "Export All Data" feature in Settings to create a CSV file
- Opt-Out of Analytics: This is not currently available, but we only collect anonymous usage data
Children's Privacy

Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information:
- Local data is stored using iOS's secure storage mechanisms
- All network communications use encryption (HTTPS)
