1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Volleyball Pass Tracker mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Volleyball Pass Tracker helps volleyball coaches track passing performance, record statistics, manage teams and rosters, and analyze performance. Your teams and practices are saved to your account and available on the devices you sign in on. The App is provided on a subscription basis with optional free trials.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian.
- An account is required. You can sign in with Apple, Google, or an email address and password.
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity on your account.
- An account is for one coach. Don't share your account with others; use a plan with enough devices for your own devices instead.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Subscription Plans
Plans differ by how many devices can use your account at the same time:
- Solo (1 device): $9.99 USD per month or $59.99 USD per year
- Coach (2 devices): $12.99 USD per month or $79.99 USD per year
- Staff (4 devices): $19.99 USD per month or $119.99 USD per year
Prices may differ by country and are always shown in the App and the App Store before you buy. Subscribers on our original monthly or annual plans keep their price and 2 devices for as long as that subscription stays active.
Payment Terms
- All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can cancel anytime in your Apple Account subscription settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- Your subscription is linked to your account, so it works on any device you sign in on, up to your plan's device limit
Free Trial
- New subscribers can get a free trial: 14 days on annual plans and 7 days on monthly plans (the length is shown before you start)
- Cancel anytime during the trial and you won't be charged
- When the trial ends, your subscription begins and you are charged
- One free trial per Apple Account, as determined by Apple
Devices
- Each plan allows a set number of devices signed in at once. Signing out does not free up a device.
- You can remove a device in Settings → Account → Devices to make room for a new one, up to 3 times per month.
- If you move to a plan with fewer devices, you choose which devices to keep.
Codes and Promotional Offers
- We may offer codes for free access (for example 14 days, 30 days, a season, or lifetime)
- A code can be used once per account and is linked to the account that redeems it
- Codes have no cash value and cannot be combined with other offers
- We may revoke codes that were shared publicly without permission or obtained through fraud
5. Refunds and Cancellations
How to Cancel
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
- Tap your name, then Subscriptions
- Select Volleyball Pass Tracker
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"
You can also open these settings from the App: Settings → Manage Subscription.
Refund Policy
- Refund requests are handled by Apple, not by us
- To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Refunds are at Apple's sole discretion
- We cannot process refunds directly
6. Your Content and Players' Information
- You are responsible for the information you add to the App, including player names, numbers, positions and photos.
- You confirm that you have the right to add it, including permission from players (or, for players under 18, their parents or guardians) where required, especially for photos.
- Only add the information you need; a first name or initials and a jersey number are enough.
- Please remove a player's information if they, or their parent or guardian, ask you to.
7. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Add content you don't have the right to add, or content that is offensive or harmful
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App or its servers
- Share codes publicly, or share your account to get around device limits
- Use automated tools to abuse the App
- Interfere with the App's operation or security
8. Intellectual Property
The App is owned by Kork LLC and protected by copyright and trademark laws. We grant you a limited license to use the App for personal or coaching purposes only. You retain all rights to the data you create in the App; you give us permission to store and process it only to provide the App to you.
9. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices.
Your Data
Your teams and practices are saved to your account and synced when you're online. Changes made offline upload when you reconnect; signing out before they upload, or deleting the App, can lose them. We recommend exporting important data from time to time using the App's export features.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Third-Party Services
The App uses:
- Apple - App Store payments and Sign in with Apple
- Google Firebase - Accounts, data storage and sync, photos and usage analytics
- Google Sign-In - If you choose to sign in with Google
- RevenueCat - Subscription and code management
These services have their own terms and privacy policies.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted at this address with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Termination and Account Deletion
You may stop using the App at any time, and you can delete your account in Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deleting your account permanently deletes its teams, players, practices and photos; it does not cancel an App Store subscription. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Ohio. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.

15. Apple-Specific Terms
You acknowledge that:
- These Terms are between you and Kork LLC, not Apple
- Apple has no obligation to provide support for the App
- Apple is not responsible for the App or its content
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms
Your use of the App is also subject to the App Store Terms and Conditions.
