Terms of Service for Volleyball Pass Tracker

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Volleyball Pass Tracker mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Volleyball Pass Tracker helps volleyball coaches and players track passing performance, record statistics, manage teams, and analyze performance metrics. The App is provided on a subscription basis with optional trial periods.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. The App does not require an account - all data is stored locally on your device.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription Plans

• Monthly: $4.99 USD per month
• Annual: $39.99 USD per year

All subscriptions include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.

Payment Terms

• All payments processed by Apple through the App Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel anytime through App Store settings
• Cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period

Free Trial

• 7-day free trial for new subscribers
• Cancel anytime during trial with no charge
• After trial, subscription begins and you will be charged
• One free trial per user

Trial Codes and Promotional Offers

• We may offer promotional trial codes (30-day, 90-day, etc.)
• Trial codes are one-time use per device
• Codes cannot be combined with other offers
• We reserve the right to revoke codes obtained through fraud

5. Refunds and Cancellations

How to Cancel

1. Open the App Store
2. Go to Account Settings
3. Select Subscriptions
4. Select Volleyball Pass Tracker
5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Refund Policy

• Refund requests are handled by Apple, not by us
• To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com
• Refunds are at Apple's sole discretion
• We cannot process refunds directly

6. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
• Share trial or lifetime codes with others
• Use automated tools to abuse the App
• Interfere with the App's operation or security

7. Intellectual Property

The App is owned by Tyler Roukey and protected by copyright and trademark laws. We grant you a limited license to use the App for personal or coaching purposes only. You retain all rights to the data you create in the App.

8. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices.

Data Backup

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR BACKING UP YOUR DATA. We recommend:

• Enabling iCloud backup on your device
• Regularly exporting data using the App's export feature

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Third-Party Services

The App uses:

• Apple App Store - For payment processing
• Firebase Analytics (Google) - For usage analytics

These services have their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted in the App with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to premium features ends, but your local data remains on your device.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of West Virginia. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.

Your use of the App is also subject to the App Store Terms and Conditions.
